I am still trying to discover the mysteries of C#.Net, Visual Studio.NET and SOAP, XML, WDSL... somehow it is not easy to get the working environment setup the way it should be (a lot of rules for development within the team). I was hoping to get more information on the subject last Monday, but the teamleader had some kind of accident and is still at home, so I'm a little bit in the dark. Luckily the library around the corner provided me with so many books on the above mentioned topics that I can do some fundamental work while he is at home, but the whole day reading is something I'm not used to anymore.... I really want to do something....

At the moment I am trying to develop some skills in Microsoft .Net and C#, which are somehow the defined programming languages for Siemens AG. Still it is difficult to get a quick and deep overview (!?) of the whole thing without going through tons of highglance sheets and presentations of Microsoft....still, perhaps Dr. Gui is a nice start:

According to this article by researchers of the Harvard Business School (and yes, for them I have some respect) the sharing of music files on the internet has no measurable effect on the sales of music cd's. Isn't that interesting.....! Haven't had time to read the whole article, responses can be added below
