This article (Dutch) tells about a german couple (man 30, woman 36) who went to the doctor, because they had problems getting pregnant. After some test, in which the doctor found out that they were both vertile, he asked how often they had sex. Somehow they did not grasp the question, and it turned out they had no clue what the doctor was talking about. They were raised in a very strict christian surrounding?!?! So the simple advice could only be, have sex!
