Well, just went to the university hospital and got a drain there, in about one hour they know for sure if I have malaria or not. But the docter did put me at ease, at the moment there is a flu going around with the same signs (headache, fever, sweating), but just to be sure we have to check....
update: results of the blood examination, no malaria found 
So I am just an ordinary sick guy
